By-law Ho. 1. A by-law to provide fo r the regulation of t r a f f ic in Rod Pheasant Reserve ?Jo. 108 in the Province o f Saskatchewan. (a) fo r th is By-law "flood* und'Vehicle" are S3 defined in sub-section (a) and (b) in Section 3 o f the Indian Reserve Traffio Regulations. (b) No veh icle shall be operated at a rate o f speed in exaess o f th irty n&ies an hour within the boundaries o f designated reserves. ( 0) No veh icle shall be operated at a rate o f speed in exooes o f f i fte e n miles an hour within the sohool sones o f the Red Pheasant Reserve To. 108 designated and marked as such by the Council o f the B^nd. (d) Notwithstanding above sub—sections (a) and (b ) , the Band Council may in the public in terest f i x a maximum speed on the reserve roads or portions thereof and shall cause to be erected at each end o f the reserve roads or portions thereof and at intervals along the roadways as portions thereof signs indicating such maximum 3poeds. ’0 person shall drive a motor which on such roadways or portions thereof upon which such signs have been erected, at a greater speed than so indicated. (e) Any person who violates any o f the provision o f th is by-law ahull bo gu ilty o f an offence and shall be lia b le on summary oonviction to a fine not exceeding ona-hundred (^100.00) or imprisonment for a tam not exceeding th irty days, or both fine and imprisonment.
