Bigstone Cree 2013 Tax WHEREAS pursuant to subsection 83(1)(a) Council of a band may make by-laws for land, or interests in land, including rights and with respect to any matters arising out WHEREAS the Council of the Bigstone First Nation Property Assessment and Taxation THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT pursuant to the provisions of the Indian purpose of establishing annual rates of taxation. 1.
